Hi, my name is Vanessa Dinh and I’m running to be your 3rd-year mechanical engineering representative! I’m looking forward to bridging the gap between students and faculty members. I believe that I would be well suited for this role because of my strong interpersonal skills, my previous experience as a leader in high school (I served as the president of the music department and was on the student council), and my passion for creating a strong sense of community. I am a supportive and approachable peer, who wants to voice your concerns. If elected, I plan on encouraging the personal and intellectual growth of my peers, and I plan on representing my peers to the best of my ability.
